Quintana, Suzuki & Pirates Roster Moves

The Pittsburgh Pirates signed starting pitcher Jose Quintana, but he shouldn't be the only rotation piece added this offseason. The real question is if additional arms will be simply reclaimation projects with the goal of a mid-season trade, or a surprise long-term piece. Meanwhile several surprising additions to the 40-man roster left a few arms available to be poached in the Rule 5 Draft. And is the hype over Seiya Suzuki legit?
